Private Customers

The prices displayed in the shop include a 25% VAT.

We reserve the right for possible price increases that may result from external and other changes beyond our control, such as VAT increases, changes in raw material prices, currency changes, and similar circumstances.

Orders exceeding 500 SEK are shipped free of charge to the agent. For orders under 500 SEK, a shipping fee is charged. No handling fee.

For deliveries outside Sweden, the actual shipping cost is added as agreed upon. After the purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation for your order. You will also be informed if the item is not in stock, which may result in a longer delivery time.

Any additional charges such as VAT, customs duties, shipping fees, and other related costs associated with export to countries outside the EU may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery Time

Items are shipped on the next working day at the latest. The normal delivery time is 3-5 working days from the order date.

Payment

Payment is made through Klarna and through the payment methods they offer. The payee is Novista of Sweden AB, org. no. 556556-5206. Payment for delivered goods must be received within 30 days. In some cases, a credit check may be carried out.

Weighted Blanket Exchange Right

The exchange right is valid for 30 days from the day you receive your blanket. When exchanging, it is essential that the product, its accessories, and packaging are as close to the original condition as possible. It is crucial to use the original packaging for the return. You have the right to exchange the weight once per purchase. To apply the exchange right, you need to contact us for consultation before sending back the blanket, at +46 (0) 431-491310 on weekdays from 09:00 to 16:00.

We reserve the right to deny the exchange if the blanket is damaged, dirty, worn, or otherwise not returned in a condition corresponding to 30 days of normal use. In this case, you will receive the blanket back against a return fee of 149 SEK, payable to us at the time of collection.

The exchange right does not apply to recycled blankets.

Complaint & Warranty Conditions

Novista naturally provides a warranty for manufacturing defects/damages on all our products. The warranty is valid for 2 years or 20 washes, whichever comes first. Does not apply to recycled products. The warranty does not cover rough handling. For the warranty to be valid, all care instructions for the product must have been followed.

If you want to complain about a product, contact customer service at +46 (0) 431-491310 or email reklamation@novista.se with information about the reason for the complaint. Then follow further instructions from us.

You must report the error “within a reasonable time” after you have discovered it. If you complain within a month, it always counts as being in good time.

30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We want to ensure that the weighted blanket helps you, and therefore, we offer you to test the weighted blanket at home for 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you get your money* back. Simple!

You can still use your right to exchange the weight of the blanket if you want. The customer satisfaction guarantee is valid for 30 days from the day you receive your blanket.

Contact us via email at info@novista.se, and we will assist you with your return or exchange. Include your name and order number in the email. Does not apply to recycled products.

*A return fee of 249 SEK is deducted from the refund amount (any shipping cost is not refunded).

Discounts – New Customers

Any discounts for new customers apply only to registered companies and organizations unless there is a specific agreement.

The offer applies to schools, preschools, and other educational institutions that register an account with Novista and are not already customers.

Only valid for the purchase of a weighted vest in one purchase. Maximum 10 products. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

Discount codes are only valid for private individuals unless otherwise stated.

Free Trial for 14 Days – Weighted Vests

We reserve the right to deny a return if the vest is damaged, dirty, worn, or otherwise not returned in a condition corresponding to 14 days of normal use. In this case, the full price is invoiced, and the vest is returned to the institution.

Delivery Time
